Membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein.
Bone marrow, peripheral blood mononuclear cells, fibroblasts and Epstein-Barr virus-transformed lymphoblastoid cell lines. Strongly expressed in granulocytic cells, and weakly on lymphocytes cells.
