Isoform B is more abundant in the brain, kidney and the liver. Isoform C is not detected in brain, heart, liver, kidney and skeletal muscle. Expressed on T-cells in fibrotic liver; at protein level. Overexpressed in fibrotic and cirrhotic liver.
